By registering and attending this Online Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
- Eligibility is limited to businesses that do not currently hold an active contractual agreement with Henkel.
- Access to the Seminar is granted upon successful registration on eShop and academy.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Once registered on eShop you have agreed to be contacted by Henkel Sales Representatives
- It is not required to join Schwarzkopf professional to view course
- Seminar access is non-transferable.
- All materials provided during the course, including slides, recordings, and handouts, are the intellectual property of Henkel Limited or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Seminar content without prior written consent.
- Participants must behave respectfully and professionally.
- Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Seminar.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection.
- Organizer Cancellations: If the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, registered participants will be informed, and alternative dates will be provided.
- Course Attendance: This course is free to attend and runs from September to November. There is no need to inform us if you cannot attend.
