    • Eligibility is limited to businesses that do not currently hold an active contractual agreement with Henkel.
    • Access to the Seminar is granted upon successful registration on eShop and academy.
    • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
    • Once registered on eShop you have agreed to be contacted by Henkel Sales Representatives
    • It is not required to join Schwarzkopf professional to view course
    • Seminar access is non-transferable.

    3. Content and Intellectual Property

    • All materials provided during the course, including slides, recordings, and handouts, are the intellectual property of Henkel Limited or its licensors.
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Seminar content without prior written consent.

    4. Code of Conduct

    • Participants must behave respectfully and professionally.
    • Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Seminar.

    • Organizer Cancellations: If the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, registered participants will be informed, and alternative dates will be provided.
    • Course Attendance: This course is free to attend and runs from September to November. There is no need to inform us if you cannot attend.

    • Henkel Limited is not liable for any technical issues, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from participation in the Seminar.

    8. Changes to the Course

    • We reserve the right to modify the online course content, schedule, or speakers at any time.
